Power Sports takes pride in hiring staff who love the Lord, want to be a positive role model, and have a lot of energy!  Our staff are typically high school, college, or seminary students who complete the following:

 

• Interview with one of the Power Sports full time staff

• Reference from a full time church employee

• First Aid & CPR Certification

• Power Sports Training — Classroom, Field, and Head Coach

• Background check and Ministry Safe approved

We know this sounds like a lot of requirements but we pay well because of the requirements! Pay STARTS at:

*Head Coach: $320 a week

 College Student: $224 a week

 High School Student: $182 a week

​

*Head Coaches Must Have a College Degree
